We recently had Brooks Home Renovations add an extra bathroom, replace some windows and update our kitchen with a new sink and countertops. We couldn’t have been more pleased from the estimate, to the planning, to the construction, and through the completion of our project. All of their staff as well as the subcontractors involved were very professional, did an amazing job and kept us informed through the entire process. From start to finish, you could tell they know what they were doing and made sure the finished project was perfect! They were very prompt in dealing with any issues and the end result was just as wonderful as we hoped it would be!

Brooks did a renovation on our children’s main bathroom. Honestly, we used this as a test for a bigger renovation (kitchen) that we hope to do in the future. Communication was great and I really appreciated the design process. Though we weren’t knocking walls down or moving plumbing the designer did help me visualize the the big picture what we combined a new vanity, paint, and new floors. I also like the approval process for materials and labor, it made me feel like I was always in the know. The estimate was pretty much what I expected, and the time line, once started was as expected as well. I think I was most impressed when at the walk through, I identified some scratches and marks on the vanity doors. They came out to repaint them, but decided it would be better to sand and repaint, so he took the doors and drawer fronts of the vanity and installed them the next day looking as good as new. We might be waiting a while for our kitchen project, but I know who we’ll call when we’re ready.
